Data collected
We may process your name, email, Discord account ID, server and membership status. With your permission, OAuth2 identifies your account and adds you to the community. Orders record the product, amount, currency, payment identifiers and Discord account to grant the customer role. Previous contact records are retained for their original purpose.
Purposes and providers
We use this data to authenticate you, connect you to the community and fulfill purchases. MongoDB stores records; Discord handles authorization, server membership and roles; Stripe processes payments; Vemetric receives usage events. OAuth tokens are protected on the server and are not sent in analytics events. Card data is not stored in this application.
Preferences and metrics
We use a language cookie, local theme storage and a session identifier for visit metrics. Navigation and click events help us understand usage. Names, emails and contact details aren't sent in analytics events.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at support.hnr@gmail.com. Records required for legal obligations or order fulfillment may need to be retained. Controller identity, retention periods and international transfer details must be reviewed and completed before publication.
