Refund requests

Mentoring and founding reservations
Rescheduling, cancellation and any founding reservation conditions must be shown in the offer before payment. Commercial terms don't override mandatory consumer rights.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to provider processing times. Final product terms and supplier details need legal review before sales open.
